The room was neat and luxurious with a modern-style bathroom. It had a shower, hair dryers, and towels, which was cool. - the location was the best possible, within walking distance of the Aerial Tramway in Tbilisi.

We had a delightful stay at this hotel. Its location in the heart of the city made it very convenient for us to explore all the attractions nearby. The staff was incredibly welcoming and answered all our questions with enthusiasm. They even treated us to a delicious breakfast before we finished checking in. Additionally, they upgraded our room to accommodate our child. The room itself was well-equipped with amenities such as an ironing board, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also offered services like room service, housekeeping, and even grocery shopping. We were thoroughly impressed with the excellent service provided by the staff, both during check-in and throughout our stay.

The hotel is located in an exceptional spot in the heart of the city close to everything. the rooms are clean, modern and equipped. the receptionist staffs are professional, kind and helpful. breakfast is perfect & has a variety of delicious options on offer. Guests can enjoy great views from their balconies and nearby attractions and shops.
One of the guests mentioned a problem with the smell of eggs that lingered in the hotel from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, apparently coming from the kitchen.

The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, especially the receptionist who worked the night shift.

Spent New Year at a fantastic hotel! Loved the early check-in and the luxurious, clean room with daily cleaning. The warm and cozy rooms were perfect for the winter season. The staff at the reception desk were patient, professional, and welcoming, going above and beyond to help us with our sim card and other requests. Plus, the location was ideal!
The breakfast could use some improvement, as the coffee packages were small and there wasn't a coffee machine. , the promised beautiful view was not accurate, and the bedroom air conditioning was weak, making it difficult to sleep.

Easter at this hotel was amazing! the staff made us feel so welcomed with complimentary chocolates in our room and an Easter special breakfast spread. the balcony had a breathtaking view of a historic church and we were only a short distance away from the city centre. To top it off, the room was incredibly cozy and we thoroughly enjoyed the plush bedding.
